Human Resources Analyst
For our client - a multinational company specialized in storing, protecting and managing, information and assets, we are looking for a Human Resources Analyst.
Keeping up to date and managing the active employees’ personnel files including Individual Employment Contracts, addendums, related documents, and Job descriptions;
Managing the terminated employees’ personnel files, according to the legislation;
Completing and archiving personnel files for all company employees in accordance with the company's internal procedures and applicable law;
Collecting and centralizing all supporting information regarding the payroll (time sheets, medical leaves, vacation days, salary changes, monthly bonuses, etc.) according to the legislation and following the internal processes in place;
Managing the end to end front –line employees recruitment (scheduling interviews, contacting the candidates for the pre-employment formalities, and following the Returned offer & Initiate hire processes in place);
Developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
1-2 years of relevant HR experience (administration, pre-employment, employment, recruitment, payroll -desirable);
Positive approach and enthusiasm;
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization;
Capacity to lead and contribute to several projects at the same time;
Advanced knowledge of English - written and spoken;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
