For our client, a fast-growing multinational company specializing in authentic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food products, we are recruiting a Financial Specialist.
Description
Processing invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and on time;
Maintaining and updating financial records and documentation;
Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements;
Reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies;
Supporting payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements;
Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations;
Handling general administrative tasks related to finance;
Communicating with vendors, clients, and the external accountancy firm regarding financial matters.
Requirements
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role;
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and in ERP software (preferably SAP);
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work independently;
Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
