For our client, a company who offers integrated, personalized water and coffee services anywhere in Romania, from households to industrial spaces, we are looking for a Financial Analyst.
Description
Being involved in preparing the monthly management and group reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports;
Preparing financial analysis and variance analysis, being involved in budget and forecast preparation;
Preparing financial reports to management, highlighting key findings, deviations/variations;
Preparing CAPEX analysis (actual against the budget and previous year), understand and explain deviations;
Preparing profitability analysis for Sales team, at product and business line level;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
Contributing to the preparation of business cases and investment proposals, evaluating their financial feasibility and potential returns;
Assisting in the evaluation of new business opportunities, in financial due diligence and risk assessments;
Staying updated with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, of minim 5 years, Big 4 audit experience would be a plus, ACCA would be appreciated;
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and financial consolidation processes;
Advanced knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations;
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other financial software, Tableau or Qlik is a plus;
English language advanced level.
