Field Area Sales Manager FMCG Modern Trade

Company description

For our client, one of the top bread makers in Romania sold on the Modern Trade market, part of a Greek group with 640 employees, we are searching for a Field Area Sales Manager, with the task of managing the field team for the assignated region for the Modern Trade market.

Description


Coordinating the field sales force for the assigned regional area on the Modern Trade Market;
Achieving monthly sales targets and company objectives according to performance indicators (KPIs);
Maintaining relationships with IKA key contacts;
Implementing the sales and marketing projects in stores with the field team/merchandisers (promotions, placements, product launches, flyers, sampling);
Collecting relevant information on competition activity and sales strategies applied in the market continuously;
Visiting the stores and coordinating the merchandising activity;
Reporting and analyzing: sell-in and sell-out per retailer, respectively by store, merchandising stocks, product range trend, ranking of stores according to sales;
Monitoring prices, promotional campaigns and other activities for the products;
Planning weekly routes and centralizing reports of the field team.

Requirements


3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry on the Modern Trade Market;
Good command of English language;
Great coordinating skills and a commercial oriented mindset;
Proactive, great relating and networking skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
Ability in working with series of numbers and statistics, with strong math skills and well-developed business senses;
Good mentor and coach;
Availability for extensive travelling;
Driving license.
