For our client, a leading company in the agricultural industry, we are looking for an Executive Office Assistant.
Description
Responsible for the daily management of all external contractors on site, including cleaning services, maintenance, catering, plant care and office supplies;
Manages the relationship with the building landlord and acts as the main point of contact;
Coordinates and maintains strong working relationships with service providers and vendors;
Provides support for daily office activities, including document archiving, handling incoming phone calls and offering general assistance to visitors;
Ensures timely and accurate processing of invoices;
Maintains close and ongoing collaboration with the Procurement team;
Handles travel bookings and provides support in organizing internal and external events;
Collaborates with the Fleet Coordinator to support activities related to company car fleet administration.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or office coordination role;
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken);
Strong sense of responsibility with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
