Description
Working with the human resources team and relevant stakeholders to understand, manage, and improve end-to-end employee experience;
Developing a deep understanding of business in order to inform the design & redesign of human resources programs, projects, and processes;
Creating journey maps, service blueprints, personal and experience maps that articulate actionable recommendations for organizational and workflow change;
Identifying design/redesign needs of programs, projects, and processes and defining collaborative ways of addressing those needs, adapting to the organizational resources;
Coordinating multi-stakeholder projects or programs aimed at improving organizational culture & employee experience;
Designing and managing effective workflow for the creation and delivery of valuable employees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years experience in a relevant position;
Advanced English;
Expertise in project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment;
Familiarity with planning and scoping research studies based on the understanding of client needs;
Experience in designing and implementing user-oriented programs, projects, and processes;
Experience working on a collaborative team; within an environment where you were “client facing” represents an advantage; Excellent communication skills, with deep listening abilities.
