For our client, a multinational company, we are looking for an E-commerce Content Specialist.
Description
Reviewing translations for priority products and brand launches to ensure accuracy;
Managing the online product catalog, ensuring descriptions, images, technical specifications, and translations are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search (SEO);
Serving as the primary point of contact for regional teams regarding local product launches and catalog updates;
Supporting the regional brand spaces strategy, aligning with local market priorities;
Developing and implementing the local digital campaign and promotion calendar, ensuring the right products, offers, and messaging are live at the correct time;
Working with marketing and sales teams to align the site’s content strategy with broader commercial goals for traffic, revenue, and brand positioning;
Monitoring local e-store performance, identifying anomalies, and generating reports;
Contributing to the harmonization of KPIs across countries, supporting consistent performance monitoring;
Providing data-driven and actionable feedback on search experience improvements for the e-store ;
Managing ranking, recommendation, and personalization rules based on regional recommendations and local priorities, in close collaboration with the regional e-store optimization team;
Supporting the region in improving the ratings and reviews experience to increase the number of reviews;
Benchmarking local competitor activities (new features, tools, and best practices) and sharing findings with the region;
Defining how products are displayed on category pages (ranking) and setting personalization rules to improve conversion rates;
Managing and improving site content, including contact forms, cookie policies, and FAQs.
Requirements
Minimum of two years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record in e-commerce and online operations;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field;
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and native in Croatian;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CMS platforms;
Experience with Page Designer and SFCC (Demandware) tools is a plus.
