Description
Coordinating different stages of marketing communication projects aligned with the company's strategy and market development goals – developing and implementing marketing programs, including campaign launches, promotions, PR, advertising, and customer events;
Coordinating digital marketing initiatives – developing online campaigns, managing the company's website development, and proposing social media and online activities;
Managing website content – creating, editing, and uploading materials;
Monitoring the construction market – analysing competitors’ actions, tracking trends and construction methods, and preparing and presenting reports and presentations;
Supporting market research studies on products, applications, regulations, competitors, and consumers – providing recommendations to marketing and sales teams;
Collaborating and coordinating with external agencies (advertising, media planning) – developing creative concepts and overseeing campaign execution (both online and print);
Preparing regular reports summarising local marketing activities.
Requirements
BA level minimum in marketing or similar field;
3-4 years of experience in similar position/area in a multinational environment;
Experience in cooperation with external and internal players;
Work experience with Google Analysis package (and/or other programs to monitor effectiveness of online activities);
Knowledge of online content management platforms;
Simplified graphic design platforms (i.e. Affinity);
Working knowledge of the online and digital trend;
Proficiency in MS Office package;
Project Management and communication skills.
