For one of our clients, a multi-national rail and multimodal freight forwarder, we are looking for a Customer Support.
Ordering and monitoring train runs in consultation/cooperation with various national and international rail transport companies;
Monitoring (track & tracing) and dispatching of trains and individual wagons;
Maintaining relationship with the customer regarding the progress of his transports;
Verifying application/compliance with safety regulations (RID; SMGS) for all organized transports.
Fluency in English and German is required;
Knowledge of rail logistics is desirable;
Previous experience in a similar position;
Flexible and dynamic thinking, customer-oriented attitude.
