Community Engagement Specialist with Italian
For our client, a big American software company, the largest software producer in the world, with over 90.000 employees in more than 100 countries, we are looking for a Community Engagement Specialist with Italian to engage directly with a variety of people in the online support community and manage the member program by recruiting, training, and nurturing the most influential users. Your efforts will help grow the member program and increase member satisfaction with the answers in the community.
Engage with members to build relationships and become a trusted partner in the community;
Recruit, train, and encourage the most active members to join and contribute to the managed member program ;
Help develop a member program pipeline that leverages external networks and run community outreach activities to advance the program;
Become an expert on the community platform features and manage bugs and feature requests. Work closely with the platform operations team to escalate issues and set expectation for users;
Proactively create and implement ways to recognize members for their achievements;
Keep the community safe by moderating members who don’t adhere to the Code of Conduct;
Measure the health of the community by running reports, analyzing results, and gathering insights.
Advanced skills in one of the following areas: communications planning and written communications or data and analytics or non-technical QA testing and troubleshooting or recruiting and onboarding;
Advanced skills in Windows, Office, or other Microsoft consumer product;
Relevant work experience in area of community management, recruiting, customer service, and/or account management;
Ability to speak and write fluently in Italian as well as English;
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail;
Strong analytical skills with the capability to make and convey data-driven decisions;
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a complex cross-functional, fast-paced, global business environment;
Aptitude for self-guided work and capacity to operate autonomously as well as with a virtual team.
