For our client, an entrepreneurial and fast-paced marketing agency, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the financial consolidation, scalability, and operational efficiency of a dynamic multi-entity business structure.
Description
Reviewing and updating the financial structure and controlling framework of the holding;
Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning activities;
Monitoring profitability across clients, projects, teams, departments, and business lines;
Validating pricing structures, margins, discount policies, and commercial profitability;
Supporting management with financial analysis, business scenarios, and strategic decision-making;
Monitoring collections, receivables, financial exposure, and operational cash-flow risks;
Coordinating financial reporting, P&L analysis, and management reporting processes;
Improving financial processes, operational efficiency, and resource utilization;
Coordinating relationships with accounting, tax, legal, and compliance partners;
Managing intragroup financial flows, transfer pricing documentation, and allocation mechanisms;
Ensuring financial governance, compliance, and sustainability across all business entities;
Requirements
Having solid experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably previously experience in entrepreneurial, startup, agency, or fast-growing business environments;
Demonstrating strong expertise in controlling, cash-flow, budgeting, and business finance;
Being comfortable working in a dynamic, chaotic, and unstructured setup requiring hands-on involvement and process building;
Demonstrating the ability to bring financial structure, discipline, and scalability into an entrepreneurial vision-driven marketing agency;
Demonstrating advanced English communication skills;
