For our client, a global market leader in plastic injection molded, vinyl dip molded and metal components, with a history of over 65 years, we are searching for a Business Developer Specialist.

Description


Providing proactive care to key accounts and mid-sized accounts, monitoring their orders and ensuring regular customer contact;
Undertaking proactive initiatives to grow the sales (eg. proactive calling, follow-up of new prospects in niche markets);
Understanting the product range and maximising all sales opportunities by cross-selling;
Preparing and follow-up (to actual invoicing) of sales quotations to appropriate customer leads;
Striving to achieve sales and growth targets;
Managing customer concerns and complaints effectively to minimise the effect on the customer in cooperation with customer service;
Developing effective working relationships with other stakeholders (team members, internal departments, sister companies and customers);
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales development activities.

Requirements


Bachelor degree with technical background;
Proven experience in B2B environment;
Fluent English – written and verbal;
Stable address in Timisoara;
Effective communicator with different type of stakeholders;
Proactive attitude towards sales growth.
Experience on a similar position could be an advantage.
