Business Development Manager

For our client, a solutions integrator, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager.

Description


Being responsible for identifying potential clients in the business area being managed;
Acting as the single point of contact for clients in the assigned business area;
Setting up and conducting visits to potential and existing customers to identify and analyze business needs;
Providing advice to clients in defining their needs as accurately as possible and translating them into concrete projects;
Coordinating the internal bidding process and ensuring that commercial offers correspond to client requirements;
Discussing and negotiating contracts and commercial offers with clients;
Organizing presentation meetings with client representatives regarding the projects being implemented and related technologies;
Constantly analyzing the market and its trends to identify new business opportunities;
Defining strategies and concrete action plans to address those opportunities;
Being responsible for the quality of customer relations and the accuracy of documentation delivered;
Handling customer complaints effectively;
Being accountable for achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales targets;
Keeping up to date with news and trends in the managed business area.

Requirements


Minimum of 5 years of B2B consultative sales experience in the IT&C and physical security fields;
Demonstrated experience in managing long sales cycles and developing customized -solutions based on customer needs;
Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with strategic customers;
Knowledge of IT&C solutions and technologies: IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, software, cyber security, physical security, IoT, etc.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions to non-technical customers;
Familiarity with IT&C tendering and bidding processes;
Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide customized technical solutions that meet customer requirements;
English language - advanced level.
