For our client, the market leader in the urban snacking segment with 100% Romanian capital and a network of over 140 units, we are looking for a Business Analyst.
Description
Carrying out market analyses regarding the company's products and the competition;
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and centralizing data and trends using Excel, graphics/different tools;
Carrying out the presentation of the elaborated analyses;
Proposing recommendations based on the respective analyses;
Providing support in developing the marketing strategy;
Creating statistics related to marketing and sales activity;
Performing the profitability calculation for each client;
Managing data consolidation, reporting, modeling, and analysis tasks for sales and marketing teams;
Providing reports, analytical support, and technical expertise, by consolidating, verifying, and ensuring data consistency;
Benchmarking revenue and performance while assisting in identifying improvement actions to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
Experience in creating reports and analyzing data;
Able to interpret data and propose actions, as needed;
Expert in Microsoft Excel;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Higher studies graduated with a bachelor's degree;
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and communication;
Excellent communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, translating user requirements into accurate task specifications;
Highly developed analytical and organizational skills.
