BSO Project Manager

Company description

For our client, the largest American multinational technology corporation and top employer, we are looking for a vendor BSO Project Manager to ensure operational roll-out and execution of various projects and initiatives in CEE region.


Own and land CEE New Hire Program;
Support Area BPM in managing all activities related to Blueprint process;
Support Area BPM in landing and execution of Sales Enablement program, management of connected readiness rhythm, central aliases and calendars, central Teams/ Sharepoint/ Planner;
Be owner and subject matter expert on BSO tools and resources, such as BSO One-Stop-Shop;
Support Area BSO leads and Area BPM on landing and execution of various projects aligned with company and area priorities.


Education Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) required and/or experience in relevant fields: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance;
2-3 years of practical experience in business operations and project management, data/marketing analytics or finance in a multi-national (Sales Excellence, Business Planning Manager, BM, Reporting and Analytics, Finance);
Advanced verbal and written communication skills (English);
Advanced level of expertise using Microsoft Office Suite;
Excellent analytical skills to independently manage conflicting priorities and to complete assignments under time constraints;
Ability to work effectively with a variety of organization, management levels, cultures, and personalities;
Strong people skills passion regarding customer service (internal and external);
Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly based on demand; sense of urgency;
Strong drive, initiative and will to succeed.
