For our client, a company specialized in the distribution of food and beverage products, we are looking for a Brand Management Division Manager
Description
Negotiates with strategic suppliers and actively identifies new brand opportunities (hunting);
Builds and approves brand marketing plans for all exclusive imports;
Organizes HoReCa activations, brand events, and visibility campaigns across channels;
Conducts market visits, oversees campaign execution, and maintains direct supplier communication;
Collaborates with sales and top management to align business priorities and ensure growth.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, trade, or brand management (ideally in FMCG/beverages);
Prior team leadership experience (middle management level or higher);
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
Solid understanding of the HoReCa, TT, and Online distribution channels;
Valid category B driving license.
