For our client, a company that offers automated solutions for collecting metal, plastic, and glass packaging to reuse and recycle into new packaging, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager.
Description
Developing strategies for key accounts that maximize long-term partnership opportunities;
Generating Business Contacts by identifying potential customers and establishing commercial connections with the relevant decision-makers within those organizations;
Assisting with market development strategies;
Evaluating customers' needs and building productive long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients;
Being directly responsible for selling additional products: financing, insurance, services, accessories, and supplies.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of Sales/Business Development experience with a B2B background, (though B2C is relevant as well);
Experience, connections, and networks within Retail or Retail property, or Waste Management/Recycling will be beneficial;
Demonstrated experience in qualifying contacts (due diligence), developing the accounts, and time management;
English - advanced level;
Availability to travel 80% and cat. B driving licence;
Excellent abilities in communication, organization, self-learning, and proactiveness.
