For our client, a company that offers automated solutions for collecting metal, plastic, and glass packaging to reuse and recycle into new packaging, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager & Public Auctions.
Description
Developing strategies for key accounts that maximize long-term partnership opportunities;
Generating Business Contacts by identifying potential customers and establishing commercial connections with the relevant decision makers within those organizations;
Participating in public auctions, driving and closing the end-to-end process, from preparing the auction file to closing the contracts;
Staying updated on the public auction legislation and requirements;
Assisting with market development strategies;
Evaluating customers' needs and building productive long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients;
Being directly responsible for selling additional products: financing, insurance, services, accessories, and supplies.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of Sales/Business Development experience with a B2B background, (though B2C is relevant as well);
Experience, connections, and networks within Retail or Retail property, or Waste Management/Recycling will be beneficial;
Demonstrated experience in qualifying contacts (due diligence), developing the accounts, and time management;
English - advanced level;
Availability to travel 80% and cat. B driving licence;
Excellent abilities in communication, organization, self-learning, and proactiveness.
