Retail Planner & Buyer
Our client is one of the world’s leading Sports Brands that designs and develops footwear, apparel and accessories.
Supporting the Retail Manager in delivering the results of the retail business according to company's plans;
Creating the yearly & monthly buy plan;
Analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities;
Establishing and monitor store capacity and planning accordingly;
Overseeing and owning the purchasing process;
Projecting sales of in season styles and tracking OTB's budgets accordingly;
Keeping close contact with the merchandising department of the region for the MFO orders;
Creating an assortment plan based on MFO products and stock orders of goods from the previous collection, to optimize replenishment of individual store according to their sales potential;
Creating allocation strategies based on seasonality, trend, store capacity, existing stock;
Collecting constant feedback from the Store Managers and from the Retail Operations Manager;
Creating the order of products for the opening of the new stores - in close contact with the Retail Manager and Retail Operations Manager;
Supporting the Retail Manager and the Retail Operations Manager in the opening process of the new retail stores;
Monitoring the sales of the stores (the top sold articles, quantitative, value and type of products);
Creating proposals of instore promotions, to the Retail Manager, based on the observations of the stocks levels & structure, the sales of the stores, the seasonality.
2-3 years of experience in purchasing;
Analytical and mathematical skills;
SAP and Retail Pro knowledge is a plus;
English knowledge both speaking and writing;
Good attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
