Key Account Manager | FMCG

Their industrial business flavours snacks, wraps, beverages and many other products for customers, which include global restaurant chains and leading food manufacturers.
Food & Beverages
Negotiating with selected KA clients in order to get the best conditions for the company in line with the budgeted ones;
Maintaining and developing a good and fair relationship with KAs;
Keeping evidence of payments' situations from clients, as well as designing and implementing strategies for reaching the collection plan;
Monitoring the activity of the main competitors and reports to the NKASM (prices, NPDs, promo actions etc);
Centralizing weekly reports from sales people;
Coordinating and controling the activity in the field;
Evaluating the activity of the employees in his department and taking measures in order to improve their performance.
Experience in sales and distribution, minimum 3 years within a multinational FMCG company, including direct negotiation of annual contracts;
Team management experience;
B driver license with a driving experience of minimum 2 years;
Knowledge of English language: good (writing and conversational);
Computer skills (MS Office).
