Job Description:

Achieving monthly sales targets and company objectives according to performance indicators ( KPI’s) for the allocated area;
Visiting IKA stores and coordinating merchandising activity: shelf availability, planogram implementation, avoid OOS, increase shelf space, locally agree extra-placements;
Developing and maintaining relationship with stores managers, category managers on the modern trade chains;
Tracking and correctly applies the company's commercial policy, gathering information on competition activity and sales strategies, applied in the market;
Ensuring implementation and maintenance of merchandising standards (shelving, price & promo communication);
Constantly striving and negotiating with stores secondary placements for the company on top versus the ones centrally agreed
Negotiating and tracking IKA orders being responsible of the correct dimension according to sell-out and stock;
Controling and supervising the merchandising activity, making sure to have collaboration in each IKA stores according to the budget;
Managing the annual merchandising budget by store & retailer;
Reports & analyzes: sell-out evolution, stocks, product range, facing;
Monitoring prices, promotional campaigns, and other activities;
Planning of weekly routes and centralizing weekly reports.
Requirements:

3+ years experience in the FMCG industry;
Proficiency in English;
Great coordinating skills and a commercial oriented mindset;
Proactive, fond of new challenges, excellent relating and networking skills, positive attitude.
Driving licence;
