Job Description:

Coordinate the recruitment process for middle and top position;
Coordinate the administrative and payroll activity;
Coordinate the implementation of Performance Management Process;
Maintain the relationship with Employee Representatives for Collective Agreement negotiation and changes in Internal Regulation;
Maintain the link with training providers and implement the training plan;
Deliver monthly reports and participate in preparing HR budget;
Participate along with HR Specialist to different Employer Branding projects and Corporate Social Responsibility projects;
Participate in management meeting for implementing different business changes;
Manage the crisis situation and disciplinary actions.

Available to work on project based, for one year;
Minim 3 years experience as a HR Manager;
Minim 1 year experience in coordinating projects or/and team;
Strong English language skills;
Ability to coordinate effectively with all organizational levels and third parties;
Strong organizational and analytical skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Ability to resolve issues with tact and patience
