HR Generalist - 1 year contract
For our client, one of the top 100 global automotive suppliers, who develop innovative fuel tank systems for all of the world's leading car manufacturers, we are recruiting an HR Generalist
Ensuring regular escalation and communication to HR Director and plant manager;
Performing recruitment activities as necessary and assist managers in strategic workforce planning;
Training planning, talent reviews, career conversations, succession planning, development plans, facilitation of workshops;
Ensuring alignment with functional HRBPs on all relevant topics which refer to functional employees to guarantee smooth communication between the stakeholders;
Implementing and enforcing the global HR strategy and applying the global standards of the HR playbook including HR QM according to IATF 16949:2016 – VDA – QMC and other audit relevant processes within the plant;
Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and acting as compliance facilitator for the location;
Coaching the leaders on HR related issues within the plant.
University degree (ideally master with HR focus);
Very good English language skills;
4 years of experience in all relevant HR areas as HR Specialist / HR Generalist ideally including international exposure in the manufacturing area;
Experienced in the cooperation with unions, works councils, employee forums or similar;
Knowledge of HR employment laws and government regulations;
Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally People Soft, Success F, Taleo.
