HR Admin & Payroll Specialist
For our client, a leading internet marketplace for food delivery in Europe, we are looking for a HR Admin & Payroll Specialist.
Performing the full range of administrative activities for the Human Resources department;
Maintaining the communication process with employees and managers regarding new contracts and hires, missing documents, annexes, and other internal documents;
Processing data regarding payments' accruals and calculation on monthly basis and ad-hoc;
Key responsable of the Health and Safety function;
Being responsible for the induction process, provide new hires with first and periodic instructions, keep the process clear and compliant with the legislative requirements;
Acting as the main contact point with the supplier of labor medicine services, employee’s social benefits administration;
Working with specific payroll and administration software;
Coordinating payroll approvals and funding instructions with the Finance team;
Preparing monthly payroll reconciliations and accrual reports.
In depth experience in HR Administration and Payroll, prefferably in an international company;
Fluency in English;
Thorough knowledge about Romanian labor law;
Solid understanding of broader business disciplines and processes;
Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes.
