Global Service Owner - Mobile Device Management
For our company, a global automotive, electronics and power tool industry, experts in interactive mechatronics, we are looking for a Global Service Owner - Mobile Device Management for their new SSC project.
Working in the global IT-Infrastructure team within the company;
Being in charge of our central management solution for mobile devices, based on Mobile Iron ©, and the respective services and processes;
Establishing the technical solution on the company IT-infrastructure, in cooperation with the vendor and with external service providers, and you are acting as the focal point for internal and external contacts, representing the service;
Defining the service roadmap, all services which are provided through the platform, and the successful and stable integration into the company system landscape;
Working closely with internal and external contacts to evaluate and define the company's Mobile device roadmap, by evaluating vendors and mobile device solutions;
Consulting the local company IT-teams in our subsidiaries on implementing this service;
Providing support for the local IT-Teams and the central IT-Helpdesk for 1st and 2nd level topics and systemic global solutions.
Degree with main focus on computer science, business informatics or a comparable specialization;
At least three years of experience in Mobile Device-management;
Knowledge in Mobile Iron © would be an advantage, other MDM-solutions are beneficial as well;
Knowledge and proven experience in Microsoft-Backend-services (AD, SSO) would be beneficial;
Basic experiences in Project management (based on PRINCE2) and self-managed working style;
Readiness for occasional international business trips;
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
