For our client, the largest energy company in Southern and Eastern Europe, active on every aspect of the energy value chain, we are looking for an Assistant Manager within Project Management department in Brazi, Prahova.
Preparing letters, reports, records, correspondence to business partners and other similar documents;
Gathering and compiling information as requested;
Maintaining departmental, management and financial records – including confidential files;
Screening and distributing incoming correspondence;
Attending meetings and elaborating minutes of meeting;
Inventorying, ordering and maintaining office supplies and operating office equipment: copy machine, fax, printer and scanner;
Organizing and coordinating events organized by the head of departments and project manager when it is the case;
Estimating OPEX budget necessary for the department activity ;
Organizing meetings, business trips and others;
Organizing the keeping of documentation, presentations and other project relevant materials;
Permanently updating the training record of the department;
Weekly organizing the project status report meeting;
Offering support to the superior without exceeding the established deadlines;
Structuring information, preparing clear and precise reports and forecasts taking into account the established deadlines;
Consolidating the monthly reports elaborated by the project manager.
At least 1 year of relevant experience;
Good communication skills;
Ability to comprehend and prioritize multiple tasks.
