Supervisor Help Desk NOC
For our client, one of the largest producers of power transmission and telecommunication cables, we are looking for a Supervisor Help Desk NOC.
Managing the service delivery of the IT support team and reaching assigned service level and SLA target with a high level of quality delivery;
Being responsible for the planning of shifts and global organization;
Analyzing staff needed (according to SDM) and recruitment of agents, in cooperation with HR, in case of an increase of the team or replacement agent;
Implementing, analyzing and developing action plans.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in the service center of a structured international company;
Good written and spoken English;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Strong detail-orientating and time management skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Ability to communicate effectively.
