For our client, the biggest oil and gas company in Romania, we are looking for a Specialist CSO Card.

Descriere


Process and maintain the customer data base on masterdata, pricing conditions, contract details, other commercial conditions;
Processes and maintains customer contracts for the allocated segment and area. Offers support in standard cases;
Manages physical documents concerning CSO Card (contracts, addendums, financial documents, invoices, etc) and maintains a up to date database concerning the flow of physical documents;
Archiving physical and/or electronic documents according to internal procedures;
Manages online customer support;
Manages customer requests and complaints, offers solutions and alterntives to customer requests/complaints, makes sure the requests are solved accordin to internal procedures and defined service levels;
Handles customer requests via email, mobile or portal;
Builds sustainable relationships with the customers based on trust and open and interactive communication;
Acts as point of contact for other departments;
Performes additional tasks within his/her area of expertise and responsibilies and according to internal procedures and defined KPIs;
Send contract termination documents to inactive card clients, archive and close the respective contracts in the system;
Handles regular reporting(daily, weekly, monthly) concerning CSO activity;
Per request, performs ad-hoc analysis and reports concerning CSO activity.

Cerințe


Excellent communication skills;
Experience with CRM systems (represents an advantage);
Good understanding of key responsibilities and daily tasks;
Customer oriented and ability to easily addapt to different type of customers;
Ability to multi-task;
Ability to priortize and good time management;
Accuracy in data processing and daily activities;
Team spiri;
Solid MS Office, SAP or other system knowledge;
Proficient English speaker;
Experience in working with digital customer service tools.(advantage).
