For our client, an international company in energy industry, we are looking for a Senior Instrumentation Specialist.
Descriere
Ensuring the execution of field instrumentation design activities with best engineering practices;
Authoring and reviewing Instrumentation engineering documentation, such as technical specifications (tech spec), data sheets (DS), mechanical & electrical hook-up diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM), commissioning and calibration test procedures (procs), purchase technical specifications, technical evaluation of the Supplier’s offers, and technical follow-up of the supplies.
Following up on the manufacturing/assembling, the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and the on-site installation and testing activities of field instrumentation.
Supporting the on-site installation and surveys activities for Control & Instrumentation (C&I) works.
Identifying and managing the internal and external interfaces (stakeholders within the project delivery framework).
Cerințe
Extensive experience in field instrumentation systems design, integrated digital plant control design (including safety systems) and with applicable IEC/EN/ISA/ANSI codes (including functional safety);
Familiarity with nuclear specific codes & standards (e.g., IEEE, RCC-E, KTA, IEC) or relevant EU Directives (e.g., LV, EMC, ATEX);
Proficiency in reading technical diagrams (P&ID, I/O lists, loop diagrams, FCD/ICD, relay logic, DCS/PLC panel WD, cable lists, JB termination drawings);
Ability to integrate new instrumentation into existing plant ecosystems (upgrades/refurbishment);
Skilled in using tools for collecting configuration parameters on installed instrumentation/PLC equipment;
Knowledge of instrumentation bulk materials (tubing, fittings, and connections);
Fluent written and spoken English and available for business travels.
