For our client, a leading company in the cosmetics and healthcare industry, we are looking for a Product Manager.
Descriere
Analyzing, designing, negotiating, implementing, and communicating promotions, campaigns, and events negotiated with producers/suppliers;
Establishing the selling price policy of the products to the consumer (comparative analyses of price vs. the market); Collaborating with the marketing team to define and implement marketing materials and programs for Area Managers;
Carrying out the SWOT analysis of the company and the constant monitoring of the competition and the preparation of the SWOT analysis of the competition;
Proposing work scenarios after profitability analysis per sales space and the corresponding actions to increase profitability;
Implementing the decisions to introduce new products/delist other products (support for specific exclusive imports; support for developing own brands, other ranges offered by suppliers);
Identification of the exclusive portfolios (internal, external producers), negotiation of commercial conditions with them, contracts;
Preparing the products offered as gifts or with discounts and loyalty programs;
Managing the online campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Cerințe
University studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred;
Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager;
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
