For our client, the leading independent provider of premium sports betting technology and services to the regulated global betting and gaming industry, we are looking for an Office Manager.


Ensuring full Health and Safety workplace compliance;
Administrating all Office Access company’s procedures and audit routines;
Providing Carbon Footprint calculations for your location;
Inputting detailed and accurate budgets every year within the global structure and required timeline;
Keeping administrative software applications and reports up to date, collecting and recording all the expense reports, as well as administrating and archiving all invoices;
Keeping a close relationship with suppliers on all matters related to invoicing;
Reviewing any new suppliers or contract extensions against the company’s procedure and updated offer/service of the market;
Coordinating the travel and expenses according to the company policies and applicable local procedures;
Coordinating and delivering the office calendar events plan for your location and offering assistance when required for other agreed events.


Bachelor's degree;
Minimum 4 years of relevant office management experience;
Very organized and thorough in how you perform your work to complete tasks successfully;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills as looking after the office comes with day-to-day challenges;
Good skills of written and verbal communication skills as you will interact with all of our employees, management, and external suppliers;
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
