Descriere
Developing and implementing B2B user journeys, creating tailored content for each touchpoint;
Planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and industry-specific platforms;
Designing and executing email marketing campaigns using automation tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Emarsys;
Implementing and localizing global marketing assets to ensure alignment with local market needs and brand strategy;
Collaborating closely with the sales team on lead nurturing and CRM integration;
Creating visual assets and enhancing visual communication through brochures, infographics, and social media posts;
Providing regular reports and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and MS Clarity;
Delivering comprehensive marketing support for a dedicated brand within the Romanian market.
Cerințe
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment;
Solid knowledge of online advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
Strategic mindset focused on user journey and conversion path development;
Experience with email marketing systems and workflows;
Good sense of visual communication and experience creating marketing assets using any modern graphic design tools;
Independent, proactive work style and effective collaboration with sales teams;
Analytical thinking and data-driven campaign management skills;
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
