Logistic and Customer Service Specialist

For our client, one of the top Food and Beverage global companies operating in over 170 countries and enabling people to achieve their best since 1987, we are looking for a dynamic Logistics and Customer Service Specialist.
Descriere
Collaborating with clients to create opportunities for sustainable business growth;
Tracking delivery from 3PL to end customer while ensuring high-quality service;
Creating and updating relevant customer master data including CPM pricing;
Recording the movement of goods in SAP (managing in the system all complaints and returns arising from the movement of the shipped product until the credit note is issued to the customer);
Managing the supply chain of finished products and visible items, and executing the order-to-cash process;
Creating sales orders and processing returns according to commercial and logistics agreements with customers;
Dealing with consumer complaints;
Assisting with invoice verification;
Maintaining and developing relationships with decision-makers in stores and central warehouses to ensure the smooth running of sales and post-sales processes.
Cerințe
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Logistics and/or customer service department in a multinational environment, preferably in an FMCG company;
Higher studies graduated with a bachelor's degree;
Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and planning skills;
English language level minimum B2;
Strong knowledge of PC operation;
Driving license, category B;
Knowledge: SAP R/3, SAP APO;
Good skills in all MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
