For our client, a multinational operational leasing company, top 3 in Romania, we are looking for an HR Specialist.

Proposing and implementing initiatives to improve the employee experience, aligned with the organization’s priorities;
Participating in the implementation of action plans resulting from internal NPE (Employee Perception Level) surveys, collaborating with managers and teams to track progress and assess impact;
Identifying professional development needs at both team and individual levels, based on feedback and performance plans;
Researching the market and identifying relevant training providers, comparing offers, and recommending optimal solutions to management;
Monitoring the implementation of HR projects at local and central levels, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
Coordinating the internal process of collecting, validating, and transmitting monthly timesheets to the external payroll provider;
Collecting and validating quarterly bonus-related data according to internal policies and performance criteria;
Ensuring the accuracy of all payroll inputs submitted to the payroll provider;
Maintaining continuous communication with the payroll provider to clarify discrepancies and update necessary information;
Tracking payroll timelines and ensuring all inputs are transmitted correctly and on time;
Verifying payroll results prior to final approval to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies;
Supporting the HR budgeting and forecasting process by centralizing and analyzing personnel costs;
Monitoring compliance with the personnel budget and reporting any deviations or relevant financial risks;
Preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports on personnel costs, headcount, and other HR indicators;
Participating in internal control and audit activities, preparing the requested documentation and files.
Cerințe
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role;
Good knowledge of HR processes and employment laws;
Proficient in Excel;
English – intermediate/advanced (B2);
Strong organizational and time management skills;
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
