For our client, a company that provides all the services needed to get the business online and next level business intelligence for an emerging market, we are looking for a super HR Manager.
Driving forward the people strategy for Cloud Innovations across Romania, Israel, Denmark, UK and other countries;
Leading the HR team;
Developing, end to end planning, and execution of HR strategy;
Managing all the aspects of the people strategy and HR function, managing change, talent development and leadership development;
Planning annual HR budget and resource planning;
Developing and implement people programs (talent management, diversity & inclusion, performance & development, employee engagement);
Providing coaching to business management to improve leadership capability and ensure all people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement;
Optimizing and continually develop relationships with all geographies to provide proactive functional support to the business;
Managing the HR Management of a population spread across several countries;
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
Managing the recruitment and selection process.
Degree in Human Resources or related field;
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Tech or Banking industry;
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
Fluency in English is mandatory.
