For our client, the largest American software producer in the world, we are looking for an HR Advisor.
Descriere
Managing employee requests in the HR system (CRM) (e.g., employment certificates, pregnancy notifications, leaves, garnishments, allocation of Romanian COR job codes, and other operational HR requests);
Coordinating the scheduling of training sessions for new employees;
Offering support in local processes and tasks requiring limited involvement;
Managing medical certificates;
Collaborating closely with local providers (Payroll & Admin provider, Translation Office, Health & Safety) to ensure applicability in all related administrative or operational fields, or to step in for managing different operational requests;
Coordinating the signature flow for HR documents, including employment contracts, job descriptions, addendums, decisions, and other official HR-related documents;
Collecting and verifying employee-required documents to ensure compliance and completeness;
Archiving and maintaining personnel files, both in electronic and physical formats, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly organized;
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support HR documentation needs and ensure timely processing.
Cerințe
University studies;
1,5 years to 3 years of professional HR experience, focusing on HR operations, employee relations, and/or compensation and benefits;
Understanding of labor legislation and its practical application;
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to details, excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal customers and colleagues;
Ability to self-manage key deliverables and deadlines and ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
Experience working with shared technology (e.g., case management) or HR systems (preferred).
