For our client, the largest integrated energy producer in Southeast Europe, oil and gas producer and fuel distributor, we are looking for an Expert Scaffolding.
Descriere
Defining technical solutions for scaffolding works during the return period and operational stops;
Monitoring and checking the status of the works according to the planned deadlines;
Carrying out the quantitative and qualitative verification of the works performed;
Being responsible for the evaluation of the quality of the works performed by the contractor following the company's standards and rules;
Being responsible for developing the scope of work related to the refinery's Turnaround and Operational Shutdowns;
Monitoring the execution of scaffolding works during the return period and operational stops, the quantitative and qualitative verification of the works performed, the validation and acceptance of the reception documentation related to the works;
Being responsible for the evaluation of the performance of the contractors' activity in the area of scaffolding works;
Collaborating with all parties involved for proper identification, planning, and execution of scaffolding activities;
Being responsible for determining and coordinating the scaffolding site;
Being responsible for the request and coordination of the preparatory work on the scaffolding, the involvement in the management of the risk and quality plan, and the monitoring progress of the scaffolding;
Reporting based on Project Structure.
Cerințe
Graduate of long-term technical university education;
Previous experience in maintenance/ turnaround activities of equipment/ installations or industrial projects for at least 5 years;
Experience in planning of scaffolding activities for at least 2 years;
Ability to analyze and organize;
Strong execution, interaction, and profit maximization skills;
Specific knowledge in the IT field (MS Office and SAP PM and IT tools for planning job-specific works);
Knowledge of English: fluent;
Advanced experience and knowledge of scaffolding systems used in the refining industry;
Deep knowledge in scaffolding site coordination;
Scaffold expertise for a targeted area of the project;
Knowledge about the most used scaffolding system in the oil and gas industry.
