For our client- a leading international company providing innovative technical solutions and systems for the construction and building installation industry, supporting professionals and projects with high-performance products, engineering expertise, and sustainable solutions- we are recruiting a Technical Sales Specialist_Building & Installation Solutions, from Bucharest.
Descriere
Implementing the company's technical solutions during the planning phase of new construction projects;
Developing the company's products and solutions through technical and commercial discussions with planners, architects, and investors;
Managing the company's digital services and tools for planners;
Researching and analyzing the local construction market, identifying potential projects, and defining the necessary steps for implementing the company's products;
Acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities;
Maintaining and tracking construction projects in line with industry requirements;
Participating in industry-relevant trade fairs and in-house trade fairs
Cerințe
Technical and business education;
At least three to five years of professional experience in technical sales;
Knowledge of engineering in building technologies/ water technologies - advantage;
Knowledge of the installation market - advantage;
Good computer skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Office, SAP, CRM);
English level intermediate/advanced;
Communicative and "outgoing" personality;
Driving licence and availability for frequent travelling (asigned area: 1/2 Bucharest, 1/2 Ilfov & Moldavia).
