Customer Service Representative
For our client, a global producer, promoter and supplier of natural ingredients, ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry, we are looking for a super Customer Service Representative.
Adhering to the approved budget and introducing appropriate measures to counter potential and actual misconduct in consultation with the Line Manager;
Stimulating the continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures;
Implementing the appropriate measures in consultation with the line manager;
Documenting the processes effectively in the internal IT systems of the company;
Processing samples on time, taking into account throughput and delivery times, optimal number of samples and costs, in collaboration with managers from the sales department;
Providing support in planning the range and defining prices and conditions in collaboration with the sales and pricing department;
Organizing and supporting the visits of internal and external clients in consultation with the divisions involved;
Implementation of the regional customer service strategy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Advanced English (written and spoken), conversational German is an advantage;
Good knowledge of using the Microsoft Office package, previous experience working with ERP, SAP programs is a plus;
Excellent communication, organization and adaptation skills.
