For one of our clients, a multinational computer technology corporation and the second-largest software company in the world, we are looking for a Communications Manager.


Working closely with the Communications Lead and Sales stakeholders to develop and execute a cross-regional, multi-channel communications strategy for internal audiences;
Managing a set of strategic communication initiatives, engaging the right stakeholders and resources as needed – from ideation to planning, implementation and reporting;
Developing targeted digital assets and content for different channels including announcements, scripts, Slack posts, success stories, presentations, templates, info graphics, portal content, videos and collateral;
Supporting employee engagement, recognition and well-being initiatives;
Working closely and aligning with key business partners (including Business Operations, Finance and Human Resources) for all relevant communications;
Helping define and contributing to the team’s digital content strategy;
Being a trusted advisor and brand advocate in digital communications opportunities, channels and best practices;
Taking on additional tasks and assignments outside of your primary responsibilities to manage increased demand during key periods;
On occasion, align your working day to support regional requirements (e.g., attend/facilitate certain calls outside of standard working hours).


3+ years of experience in managing communications projects and creating content;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Additional languages highly desirable but not essential;
Ability to operate at all levels and influence multiple stakeholders;
Excellent writing skills;
Strong project management skills;
Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver to tight deadlines;
Confident to work as a team and independently, driving projects from ideation to completion and reporting back on the results;
Ability to switch between “detailed” and “big picture” thinking;
Creative mindset, developing design concepts to complement content while staying on brand;
Strong proof-reading and copy-editing skills;
Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word);
Basic HTML knowledge is desirable;
Experience in a fast paced IT environment is desirable;
Photoshop/Illustrator skills highly desirable but not essential;
Knowledge of Wrike, Eloqua, Slack and content management systems is highly desirable but not essential;
Degree in marketing, digital media, communications or another relevant field.
