For one of our clients, an important manufacturer and distributor of home appliances, we are looking for a Back Office Sales Support.
Descriere
Offering support for orders management - collecting orders, obtaining approvals for deliveries, shipment, orders monitoring, following up;
Offering information about stock, availability, missing products, specific product requests;
Providing product documentation, listing files, and new client documentation;
Completing the specific files for sales, return requests, obtaining approvals from the Financial Department;
Maintaining contact with end-users, pre-sales documentation, claiming from partners;
Online prices monitoring and competition monitoring.
Cerințe
Previously experience in companies in the area or similar profile, but specialized in sales/distribution/customer support;
Good command of English;
Advanced knowledge in Excel, and SAP is a plus;
Good communication, analytical, and attention to detail.
