For our client, a leading company that provides EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions for large-scale PV power plants, we are looking for a Technical Manager O&M.
Descriere
Structure and organize team to perform O&M activities for existing and under construction PV and BESS;
Plan, coordinate and manage the daily activities of O&M technicians and engineers;
Communicate with the Monitoring center to identify possible miss performances or execute scheduled inspections/repairs;
Identify and analyze problems and develops corrective and preventive action plans;
Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance;
Coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance;
Prepare annual preventive maintenance schedule and corrective program for managed energy projects;
Prepare various reports related to malfunctions, deficiencies and other unusual events, as well as time and materials spent on work orders;
Travels to existing or under construction sites to start organization of O&M with the available equipment, necessary actions related to repairs, maintenance, supervision or other modifications on site;
Monitor HSE compliance during maintenance and repair activities;
Keep the list of tools and equipment up to date;
Organizes internal technical training related to O&M for other company employees.
Cerințe
5+ years of experience in electrical installation construction and repairs;
Experience with transformer stations and inverters;
Experience people management and team development;
Qualification: Electrical engineer;
Certification for low and medium voltage;
English: very good speaking and writing;
Experience in mechanical repairs is advantage.
