Support Engineer with Italian
For our client, a network infrastructure - telecommunications company we are looking for a Support Engineer with Italian.
Solving complex networking problems reported by customers and partners;
Maintaining good communication with customers via phone and ticketing system to collect additional information;
Monitoring system status and SLAs;
Updating incidents with confirmations and any additional input or corrections noted;
Escalating and responding to customer reported issues reported by our customers and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field and/or CCNA Certification would be a plus;
Experience creating trouble tickets and working with SLAs;
Italian and English written and spoken (B2);
Knowledge of Networking Vlan, Link Aggregation, Switching IP Addressing;
Good investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
