Support Engineer with French
For our client, a network infrastructure–telecommunications company, we are recruiting Support Engineer with French.
Solving complex networking problems;
Asking insightful questions that get to the root cause of the customer’s problem;
Generating solutions using product knowledge and company knowledge bases;
Spending your time in the internal LAB learning about new products, features, & solutions;
Escalating and responding to customer reported issues by our customers and partners;
Following up with customers via phone and with ticketing system to collect additional information if required or provide status updates;
Monitoring system status and SLA’s;
Advising and escalating to senior engineers or other resources within the company depending on criteria and severity of the issue.
Studies in an IT-related field and/or CCNA Certification would be a plus;
Technical support skills - experience creating troubleshooting tickets and working with SLAs;
Average knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating systems;
Knowledge of French and English, written and spoken (B2);
Ability to communicate confidently with customers and willingness to proactively reach out to customers;
Strong listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.
