For our client, a global leader in formwork engineering and solutions, we are looking for a Sales Support Administrative Specialist in Bucharest.
Descriere
Maintaining relationships with company clients;
Preparing and managing rental/sales offers;
Issuing invoices and ensuring accurate billing processes;
Managing payments and recovering outstanding debts;
Handling the portfolio of overdue clients;
Managing contracts and authorizations for material requests;
Coordinating the delivery and return of materials;
Supporting the Technical Commercial team with invoice signing and explanation;
Communicating with the logistics department;
Facilitating communication between departments (commercial, logistics, Spain);
Providing administrative support to the Technical Commercial team;
Preparing and delivering weekly reports;
Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and company policies;
Taking responsibility for company assets in custody;
Maintaining the company’s professional image in front of clients;
Respecting prevention and safety plans;
Keeping confidentiality and handling tasks assigned by management.
Cerințe
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position;
Strong command of English, minimum B2 level;
Spanish at conversational level (B1–B2) is an advantage, though not mandatory;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at intermediate level;
Previous experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Axapta or similar platforms is considered a plus.
