For our client, a fast-growing distributor company of polymer and chemical raw materials in Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Sales Manager.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities;
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients and suppliers;
Negotiating the terms of the contract and closing sales deals;
Gathering market intelligence, and competitors' activities and providing feedback on buying and price trends;
Generating sales, and achieving targets and payment collections within the timeline;
Being regularly involved in extensive visits to existing and potential customers to generate new business.
Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business Management or Petroleum and Gas;
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, previous experience with the polymer market is a great plus;
Availability for travel nationwide;
Ability to design and implement sales strategies;
Excellent English command, written and spoken;
Proactive attitude and great communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
