For our client- fintech company with a presence in international markets, that enables customers to pay for any product or service in instalments in any shop and through any channel in just a few clicks, we are recruiting a Portfolio Management & Collection Specialist IFN.
Descriere
Developing and implementing collection strategies to increase efficiency, reduce recovery periods, improve success rates, and lower collection costs;
Managing partnerships with external collection agencies and service providers;
Organizing, structuring, and managing the sales process of non-performing loan portfolios to investors or asset managers;
Contributing to the continuous improving of collection strategies and processes;
Overseeing the collection process with external funding partners;
Leading and executing all internal aspects of the collection process;
Preparing and presenting proposals and initiatives for improving collection processes;
Setting targets and monitoring the performance of external collection partners;
Ensuring that all collection activities are conducted in compliance with applicable local laws and regulatory requirements governing debt recovery;
Managing and coordinating technical integrations with collection partners;
Collaborating with the accounting team on collection-related accounting issues;
Preparing and delivering reports on collection activities and portfolio performance to internal management and external partners;
Resolving disputes and customer complaints related to collection practices;
Independently managing both daily collection operations and more complex tasks (e.g., NPL portfolio sales, RFP processes – Request for Proposal).
Cerințe
Minimum 2 years of experience in NPL portfolio management & collections (in banks, consumer lending companies, NPL asset managers, or collection agencies);
Experience in court enforcement and legal proceedings related to personal loans- is required;
Upper to Advanced level of English;
Knowledge of Excel, BI or any other specific tools;
Strong understanding of the consumer loan lifecycle, collection practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks;
Proven experience in developing and optimizing collection processes and flows;
Ability to manage vendor relationships and lead technical integrations;
Experience preparing for and executing portfolio sales and handling buyer due diligence;
High level of attention to compliance, efficiency, and performance tracking;
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
