For one of our clients, a global company specialized in performance improvement, we are looking for an Office Manager.
Planning and organizing activities related to workshops delivery;
Supporting the localizing process for new training programs;
Communicating with stakeholders involved in localizing, promoting and organizing workshops;
Participating in the creation and promotion of the marketing events;
Publishing content and promoting the company’s brand and its programs on social media;
Updating information on the company website.
Minimum 2 years work experience in similar areas and activities;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and medium knowledge of WordPress and HTML;
Professional command of English and Romanian;
Excellent communication and organizational skills, willingness to help and problem-solving attitude, a passion for personal development is a plus.
