Descriere
Defining and implementing the marketing strategy in collaboration with management and sales;
Managing and developing the company brand across all channels;
Executing PR and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement;
Developing sales campaigns, loyalty programs, and product/system promotional initiatives;
Organising customer relation events and strengthening stakeholder relationships;
Managing marketing budgets and tracking performance against KPIs;
Researching market trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform strategy;
Coordinating with third-party agencies and approving all content/ marketing materials and campaigns;
Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as conferences and panels;
Leading internal communications and managing the marketing team;
Participating in regional and central marketing projects and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Cerințe
University degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Related Field;
Minimum 6 years’ experience in B2B marketing, especially in brand management, product positioning, marketing communication and online marketing (in construction or industrial sectors - advantage );
Familiarity with specific tools would be preferred (MS Office, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Qualtrics, Sprinklr);
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Project management, communication, and leadership skills;
Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics.
