Marketing Customer Service Representative
For our client, a French digital publishing agency that helps companies create engaging rich media publications, we are looking for a Marketing Customer Service Representative.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat;
Identifying customer's needs and helping them with the use of our software-specific features and informing them about new features and functionalities;
Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
Assisting team members and Sales Managers on a prompt, efficient, and timely basis;
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions and updating internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Good knowledge of new technologies and of digital and internet culture (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite);
Advanced knowledge of French (B2);
Good knowledge of English;
Work experience (preferably technical role, or experience in marketing / communication in a digital / media agency) - advantage;
Excellent communication skills, team player, proactive and creative.
